摘要沥青船的货舱加热系统作为其最主要的组成部分，在整个运输过程中为沥青提供加热，保温所需的热量，保证整个过程中沥青处于液态，使得沥青可以通过管道输送，让运输过程变得方便快捷。以前沥青用的都是国外租下来的，国内的沥青船制造技术不够完美。这篇论文为研究37000吨沥青船液货加热系统。86825
本文以37000DWT沥青船为例，开头介绍了沥青船的研究背景以及国内外研究对象，另外介绍了沥青的特点。然后通过比较热油系统的优缺点，在设计热油加热系统之前先对燃油热油加热系统原理进行设计，本文对沥青船的货舱加热系统进行设计，采用数值计算的方法对货舱加热，保温所需的热量进行计算，确定加热设备的选择之后，根据设计规定和理论进行选型。同时对燃油热油锅炉、、热油循环泵、导热油油柜的计算与选型。此外对沥青船加热管系进行计算设计。
