摘要如今人类进步与社会发展的步伐加快,陆上油气资源已经濒临枯竭,人们不得不把目光投向广阔无垠的大海。而自升式平台是海洋油气勘探开发的重要组成部分,也是我国目前使用最多的一种钻井平台,因此自升式平台的发展直接影响到我国未来油气资源的走向。95174
本次研究课题的目的是:通过对自升式平台的设计和生产,使得自升式平台的设计、制造成本有所下降;周期有所缩短;精度有所提高,为推动我国的海洋油气勘探开发提供技术支持。
论文研究的主要内容如下:
(1) 查阅了大量关于自升式平台的发展历史以及发展趋势。分析了国外自升式平台发展步伐快且设计、制造体系趋于完备的优势,国内自升式平台发展起步慢,所以国内船厂非常迫切的需要一套完善的平台设计和建造方案。
(2) 以文献法和实践法两种方法对自升式平台的上甲板进行具体的分段设计和生产研究。
(3) 首先以船体分段精度控制作为目标,根据以往的工作经验以及实地考察,本文提出了影响船体精度的六大因素,并分别制定这六大因素的分段精度控制要求。
(4) 本文后半段还讨论了分段精度控制过程中各个阶段补偿量的测定思路,并研究分析了它们的补偿量的具体数值,确定了补偿量的加放阶段,为提高分段精度提供了有力的保障。
本文主要是对自升式平台主甲板进行研究生产,并且本文以江南造船集团有限公司的实际船舶建造技术和方法为背景,根据我国现代造船企业广泛采用的先进的分段建造精度管理方法、测量技术与精度补偿系统的相关问题进行分析、研究。这对国内一些船厂在海洋平台设计、生产精度管理方面具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract Now the pace of human progress and social development to speed up the land oil and gas resources have been on the verge of exhaustion, people have to look to the vast expanse of the sea。 The jack-up platform is an important part of marine oil and gas exploration and development, and it is also one of the most widely used drilling platforms in China。 Therefore, the development of jack-up platform directly affects the future trend of oil and gas resources in China。
The purpose of this research is to improve the design and manufacturing cost of the jack-up platform by shortening the accuracy of the design and production of the jack-up platform。 To improve the accuracy of the offshore oil and gas exploration, we develop to provide technical support。
The main contents of the thesis are as follows:
(1) Access to a large number of self-liter platform for the development of history and development trends。 The development of the domestic jack-up platform is slow, and the domestic shipyard is very urgent need a set of perfect platform design and construction plan。
(2) The method of literature and practice is used to carry out specific sub-design and production research on the upper deck of the jack-up platform。
(3) Based on the previous work experience and field investigation, this paper puts forward six factors which influence the accuracy of the hull, and then the sub-precision control requirements of these six factors are established respectively。
