摘要:随着海洋的不断发展,海洋平台研发正在不断取得进步,大量的介质管线存在于平台上许多相对运动的部件之间,这些介质管线主要用于传递力、数据、气体、水等,由于海洋工作环境的恶劣和不确定性,需要对这些介质管线进行很好的保护,海工平台用多层多管线大型钢制拖链系统及其试验胎架的研发已经迫在眉睫,成为了海工设备研发的关键点。但目前市场上的拖链系统及其试验胎架大都结构设计简陋,适用性单一,强度不够,且不稳定,都无法满足海洋工作平台对拖链系统及其试验胎架的要求,亟待改进。

为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,本次毕业设计提出一种海工平台用多层多管线大型钢制拖链系统及其试验胎架。其中拖链系统结构合理,稳定性和适用性强,方便进行修理维护,电缆与在拖链内部链杆的相互影响摩擦能被有效规避,充分保护电缆在拖链往复运动的过程中不受损伤。其中拖链牵引装置采用钢缆来传递力,能实现往复运动,且整个运动过程平稳。动力侧支架和尾端支架通过拖链底盘连接在一起,通过钢结构来实现内力的相互传递,所以整个装置不需要和地面进行铆接,避免了损坏地面。整个装置通过撑杆用紧固件连接在一起,拼装简便,且容易搬运。
