摘要十二五期间,我国要求船舶工业由大到强转变及结构调整和产业升级,而舶发展趋于大型化,其中油轮、矿砂船和集装箱船大型化趋势最为明显,其安全性的保障显的极为重要,所以应急装置的配备是必不可少的。本文的1200T大型卧式拉力机正是对应急装置进行力学性能试验的装置,其机身及基础性能将直接决定试验结果的准确性和可信度。所以研制大型拉力机并对其机身强度等进行研究是具有重要意义的。
本文通过对现有的拉力试验机的研究,结合试验机的参数条件,设计出一套能拖拉链类、绳索类等多功能应急拖带装置,并对设计出的三维模型进行了仿真,同时还画出了拖带装置的装配图和机身零件图,验证了方案的可行性;此外,还用ABAQUS有限元软件对模型进行静力学分析,从而验证了模型结构参数的合理性。50782

Abstract During the 12th Five-Year Plan period,our country requires the shipbuilding industry change from large to strong and make structure adjustment and industrial upgrading,And the ship tends to develop large-scale,among which the trend of the tanker, ore ship and container ship maximization is the most obvious,its security safeguards were extremely important,so equipped with emergency devices is essential.The 1200t large horizontal tensile machine in this paper is the device for mechanical property test of emergency device,Its body and basic property will directly determine the accuracy and reliability of test results.So it is of great significance to develop large tensile machine and study its body strength.
In this paper, through the study of the existing tensile testing machine, binding the parameters of the testing machine,design a set of multi-functional towing emergency device which can drag chain, rope etc,and simulate the three-dimensional model designed,meanwhile draw the assembly of the towing device and body parts diagram;besides,use ABAQUS finite element software for static analysis of the model,which verifies the rationality of the model structure parameters.
