摘要：汽车弹簧碰珠组件寿命测试机设计主要的功能为测试汽车弹簧碰珠组件的寿命，通过伺服驱动调速可以从0.5次每秒到3次每秒的测试速度。本测试机的传动方案为偏心轮传动的直线往复运动，运用接近开关，在磁性金属接近接近开关时记录测试次数，通过计数器屏幕显示目前测试次数，计数器具有断电保护功能，在断电后重新接上电源能够显示断电前测试次数并可继续进行测试。在测试过程中如果汽车弹簧碰珠发生了损坏，测试人员可通过按下控制箱上的按钮关闭电机，对被测物体进行检查。要求工作时的噪音不超过50dB，所以在设计时尽量使机构轻巧、简便减少噪音。我设计的是汽车弹簧碰珠组件寿命测试机设计，其中涉及了测试机以及各个零件的设计。零号装配图1张，二号零件图3张，4号零件图12张。57942

The design of automobile Spring bead Service life testing machine
