摘要:随着人们的生活水平逐渐上升,人们所追求的生活品质也是日益递增,汽车作为人们日常生活的必需品,人们对他的需求越来越大。如何设计出一款生产效率高,又能满足大众要求的车是当下一个重要的问题。在设计制造一款汽车时,我们一定要先设计出他的模具,因为模具是做出汽车部件的一个必须品,只有做出好的模具,我们才能做出好的汽车。本文以汽车行李箱外板加强板修边模设计为实例,分析其成形特点并利用修边模的设计原则,确定冲压方向、工艺补充面、凸模轮廓线以及料片线等设计方法。本设计本设计利用西门子UG NX软件中的关于汽车模具的Die Design进行一些相关的设计,准确的反映出了模具之间的装配关系,可以检验模具结构的可行性,产品是否合理,减少在实际操作过程中的一些问题,同时还调用了UGNX软件自带的标准件库,避免标准件重复建模,从而提升了模具设计的质量,缩短了模具设计时间同时保证了模具的质量。57948

Die Design for Luggage compartment lid Reinforcing plate Based on NX
Abstract: Nowadays, people’s living standard is improving day by day and people pursue standard higher and higher. As a necessary tool, the car demand is increasing. How can we design and manufacture the car with high efficiency is a question that has been probing. In automobile manufacturing, mold design is a very important step; many parts of the car are in mold production. Based on the former in the back automobile floor beam drawing die design as an example, analyzes its forming characteristics and using the drawing die design principle. In this design, Siemens industry software production will be used in die design for its digital design with high efficiency. It can be seen the assembly relation very clearly so that it is very convenient to check whether there is dry mold parts structure involves and reasonable. With NX software, it will be reduced the actual time and some of the problems of mold design. At the moment, there is a reuse library in NX, all of standard part in it can be reused so it can avoids to repeating modeling standard parts, so as to improve the mold design efficiency and quality.
