汽车开关制动杆级进模设计+CAD图纸

摘要：本文主要阐述的是两个部分，其一是级进模使用条件的研究，其二对汽车开关制动杆进行级进模设计。级进模设计涉及到零件图的绘制、工艺分析、排样分析、冲裁力的计算、凸凹模刃口尺寸的计算、冲压机的选择、整体结构的设计等。该零件涉及到的冲压步骤有冲孔、弯曲和翻边、其他的落料、冲导正孔等和一般的级进模设计类似。为了保证级进模在工作的时候不会发生干涉现象，在设计的时候要综合考虑各个部件之间的搭配问题以及凸凹模的配合问题。最后还介绍了模具的热处理工艺。72602

Study on the condition of progressive die and the design of progressive die for automobile brake rod

Abstract: This paper mainly describes the two parts, one is the use of progressive die research conditions, the second of the car switch brake rod progressive die design。 Progressive die design involves the drawing of parts drawing, process analysis, nesting analysis, calculation of punching force, settlement of punch and die size, choice of punching machine, design of whole structure and so on。 Change parts involved in the stamping steps are punching, bending and flanging, the other blanking, punching positive hole and the general progressive die design similar。 In order to ensure that the progressive die in the work will not occur when the interference phenomenon, in the design of the time to consider the various parts of the collocation between the problems and convex and concave with the problem。 Finally, the heat treatment process of the mold is introduced。
