摘要近年来我国公路建设的速度呈现快速,但很多早期铺设的多沥青路面都快要报废,即使还能正常的使用的也存在损坏,需要进行养护。但是传统的修补工艺本身有着许多的问题,所以在修好后一段时间后会再次破坏,造成材料的浪费,环境的污染等一系列问题。现在在国外的一些国家已经采用较为先进的沥青路面热再生技术对公路路面进行修补,这种技术,就是利用加热软化沥青路面进行修补。本课题就是设计对沥青路面加热的红外辐射加热板。73848
本课题依据国外沥青路面热辐射加热技术的研究资料,结合国内实际的状况,选取了符合国内情景的沥青路面修补的加热方式,现在使用的现场热辐射加热设备,国内主要有热墙式综合养护车和加热板。加热墙式养护车和加热板是进行公路修缮,间歇作业,养护车在汽车底安装加热墙,加热板则可以直接携带。这两种设备现在都是从国外引进,第一价格十分的高,第二使用的经费和加热的成效也不一定很好。所以,开发一种符合我国国内情况的沥青路面辐射加热板,是现在我们首先需要做的。
经过考虑,课题最后用了金属纤维红外热辐射加热板的设计方案,将燃气和空气进行充分的混合之后在金属纤维网层表面来点燃,通过辐射介质—金属纤维将热量变成红外辐射来加热沥青路面。因为红外辐射能达到沥青路面5-6cm深,在这范围内沥青层得到充分加热,在一段时间后就会内软化。加热变软的沥青路面能容易的进行翻整,再压实后就完成了修补。一般修补方法在加热后会有冷、热层明显分层的问题,所以修补后的也不是完全糅合在一起,修补效果就不好。但辐射加热没有这样的问题,修补后能使用很长时间,这就节约了工程的经费。根据一样的道理,设计这种加热对损坏路面直接整体的重新修补,就是对需加工沥青层进行加热到其软化,再使用辅助机器进行翻整,然后压实,这整个过程是一体的,一整套的。
课题还需对加热板设计一套可靠的燃气系统,确保对路面加热过程稳定、安全。
