摘要本设计是以“电脑机箱 TH-1 面板支架”为例,描述了塑料模具的设计的一般 过程,以对电脑机箱 TH-1 面板支架塑料制件的结构工艺特点为设计起点,其中 包括对材料的了解、塑件成型特点之处等,并选择了用以注塑成型的注塑设备。 然后对电脑机箱 TH-1 面板支架注塑模具各个环节一一设计,其中包括选择合理 的分型面、确定型腔数目及布置,对浇注系统的设计、成型零部件的确定、脱模 机构的设置、合模导向机构的确定、定距分型机构的设计。接着根据设计参数的 需要,确定标准模架和模具材料的型号,然后再对注射机的各项工艺参数进行相 关校核。75746
