摘要扭转梁悬挂是又称拖曳臂悬挂,结构特点鲜明,由一根横梁和左右两个纵臂 焊接而成。但是扭转梁悬挂作为汽车的一个重要的承重部件,受力情况复杂。从 汽车满载静止状态入手,以静力学角度分析扭转梁悬架承受载荷的具体情况,建 立力学模型。并将每一个部件的力学模型画出来,从整体受力情况分析到各部件 之间的力学关系分析,计算出各部分的受力载荷。根据受力载荷考虑弯矩、剪力 的大小,绘制剪力图、弯矩图。再考虑极限工况下扭转梁后悬挂的受力情况,即 急刹和急转弯两种情况下的力学分析,结合静止时的情况,尽可能完善还原真实 的汽车载荷。根据设计手册和实际的应力需求选择扭转梁悬挂的材料,确定各个 横截面的截面形状,完成整体结构的计算和设计,并校核、绘制工程图。75755

Abstract Torsion beam suspension is also known as the trailing arm suspension, the structure is characterized by a cross beam and the left and right two longitudinal arm welded together, but the torsion beam suspension as an important bearing parts of the car, the stress situation is complicated。
From car full static state of statics analysis of twist beam suspension load bearing the specific circumstances of, mechanical model is established。 And painting mechanical model of each component, from the overall stress analysis to the mechanical relationship between the various components of the analysis, calculate the load。 According to the stress considering the load of bending moment, shear size, drawing the shear diagram, bending moment diagram。 Then consider under the limit condition of torsion beam rear suspension force, namely the emergency brake and sharp turns mechanical analysis of two cases, when combined with the rest, as far as possible after good reduction of real vehicle load。
According to the design manual and the actual stress demand, select the material of the torsion beam suspension, determine the section shape of each cross section, complete the calculation and design of the overall structure, and check, draw the engineering drawing。
