摘 要 面对激烈的海工市场竞争，通过分析技术准备工作中的要点和方法， 如何及时，准确地为投标阶段的海工项目成本预算提供数据基础，为项目 执行扫清主要障碍，技术准备工作是成功获取订单、得到用户的认可不可 缺少的必要条件。本文主要是在整个技术准备工作中针对船体方面进行 介绍和分析，包括对规格书重点的把握和对于技术澄清（TQ，Technical Query）方面的理解。整篇论文的主要内容将分成四个部分: 77833
1、对规格书的理解，针对船体结构部分的注意点进行分析；
2、简要地介绍一下本文所用的重量估算方法，并以一 7000 吨浮船 坞为例进行船体结构重量计算，并对重量进行一次简单的校核；
3、向船东及设备商提 TQ 的一般方式，以及针对投标状态而需要的 下一步计划；
4、对全文的一个总结和分析得失。

Abstract Currently ,shipyard is facing the intense competition of offshore market, with the analysis of the key points and methods of technical preparation, find out the solution of how to timely and accurate providing the foundation of offshore project budget cost estimation and clearing the main obstacles for project execution。 Demonstrating technical preparation work is the indispensable necessary condition of get order success。The main content of this thesis is about the introduction and analysis of technical preparation in hull。 Including the comprehending of specifications and technical clarification。 This article pides into four parts:
1。the understanding to the specifications and selective analysis of hull structure;
2。brief introduction of weight estimation method used in this thesis , a calculation on the weight of the hull of a 7000 tons floating dock and a simple check of weight estimation;
