摘 要高熵合金的综合性能十分优异,通常,它的耐磨性、硬度,耐高温性、耐腐蚀性等 都比平时选用的合金要好,因此,在现在的材料科学领域,高熵合金成为了一个新的研 究方向。这些优点使其在材料工程领域成为了一个新的研究课题,在现阶段,通常采用 激光熔覆的方法来制备高熵合金涂层,以此实现其优越性。在本文中,选取 H13 钢为基 体,在其表面进行激光熔覆,制作 FeCoCrCuNiMoVSiB 高熵合金涂层,研究其综合性 能。快速凝固动力学研究表明,激光熔覆会使高熵合金在制备涂层时,避免生成较脆的 金属间化合物,取而代之的,更容易形成简单固溶体相,并可以减少成分偏析,形成 bcc、 fcc 或简单立方的固溶体相,便于研究。78081
本文详细研究了高熵合金的发展历史、激光熔覆的优点、显微组织与晶体结构、显 微硬度、摩擦磨损性能、耐腐蚀性能等,发现 FeCoCrCuNiMoVSiB 高熵合金涂层具有 较简单的涂层,较高的硬度、耐蚀性和耐磨性等都优于所选基体,并且基于现状,对于 高熵合金的前景做出了预测,提出了在性能和应用上的研究方向。

Abstract High-entropy alloy has excellent mechanical properties, such as a high wear resistance, high hardness and high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc。 These advantages the high-entropy has make it be a new research topic in the field of engineering materials。 At present, high-entropy alloy coating is prepared by laser cladding method, to achieve its superiority。 In this paper, the H13 steel is selected as the matrix and the surface of the substrate is covered by laser cladding。 The high-entropy FeCoCrCuNiMoVSiB alloy coating is made to study comprehensive properties。 Some studies have shown that laser cladding rapid solidification kinetics make high-entropy alloy coatings have higher formation ability of simple solid solution, and reduce the characteristics of composition segregation, avoid in the preparation of coating of brittle intermetallic compound phase formation, and the formation of BCC, FCC and simple cubic solid solution phase。
In this paper, a detailed study of high entropy alloy development history, laser cladding advantages, the microstructure and crystal structure, microhardness, friction wear properties and corrosion resistance etc。, FeCoCrCuNiMoVSiB high entropy alloy coatings were found to have a relatively simple coating, high hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of are superior to the selected matrix and based on the current situation, prospects for the high entropy alloy predicted and points out the direction of research on the performance and application。
