摘要本文介绍了在现有手动泵测试台的基础上进行升级改造而设计的手动泵新测试 台，新测试台在具备原有测试台功用的基础上实现了工位集成、测试过程 PLC 辅助 判断以及油路清洁等功能。现有的手动泵测试台大部分测试过程仍是半自动化的， 很大程度上依靠作业员去进行过程判断，造成了人力资源的浪费、生产效率的下降 和生产成本的提升。此外，由于测试过程依靠作业员去判断，在保证产品的质量以 及其稳定都有很大的困难。新测试台对工位进行集成，减少了人力资源的浪费，而 且加入了 PLC 辅助判定，大大保证了产品的质量及其可控性。
在此次升级改造中借助三维建模软件 Solidworks 2014 进行创建硬件部分的三 维模型。此处改进的新测试台还增加了单独的油路过滤系统，不仅保证了测试过程 中产品内部的油路清洁，还保证了过滤后的液压油可以直接用于下次测试，无需再 次对使用后的液压油进行重复清洁，降低了生产成本。另外，油路过滤系统还大大 地提高了公司产品的质量，对减少客户投诉有很大的帮助。此次手动泵测试台的升 级改造包含了功能测试和气密性测试，本文主要对功能测试部分进行设计。82777

ABSTRACT A new handpump tester which was upgraded on basis of the current handpump tester was introduced in this paper。The new handpump tester which has the function of the old one will realize the integration,test process auxiliary judgment by Plc and clean oil system, and other functions。 Most of the testing process of the existing handpump tester are still half automation and depending on the workers’ judgements。Workers were needed to operate the machines more or less which lead to the waste of human resource and a drop of productivity and big increases in production cost。In addition,it has great difficulties in ensuring the quality of the product and its stability,due to the large dependence on the operator to judge。The new tester,which gets the integration and increases the Plc auxiliary decision, reduces the waste of human resources and ensures the quality of the products greatly and its controllability。
In the upgrade I create the hardware part of the 3d model and movement simulation by means of three dimensional modeling software Solidworks 2014。The improved new tester also adds a separate oil filtration system, not only guarantee the internal oil clean in the process of testing, also ensure the filtered hydraulic oil can be used directly to test next time, not need to be repeated again after the use of hydraulic oil clean which reduces the production cost。 In addition, the oil filtration system also greatly improves the quality of the products and be helpful to reduce customer complaints。 The upgrade of handpump tester contains function test and air leakage test, but this paper mainly to design the function test。
