摘要本论文以铸件壳体为设计对象,借助 CAD、Pro/E 软件制图,根据铸件的材料、结 构特点、尺寸大小最终设计出比较合理的砂型铸造工艺方案。
本文主要内容如下:利用 Pro/E 制图工具绘制出产品——壳体最终的立体图;分析 该零件结构,将不能铸出的孔、槽等放在后续机加工中完成,再用 Pro/E 制图工具绘 制出体在砂型铸造中完成的结构;根据铸件所用材料 ZG310-570 及铸件结构,选择适 用的砂——水玻璃砂来造型、制芯,设计适合该铸件的砂型铸造工艺,包括浇注位置、 分型面的选择,各项工艺参数及砂芯的确定,还有浇注系统、冒口、冷铁、出气孔的 设计计算,并利用 Pro/E 制图工具绘制出他们与该铸件的相对位置关系,以及完成砂箱、 模板、芯盒等铸造工艺装备的选择和设计;设计出适合该铸件的落砂及后处理过程, 包括该铸件的矫形、挽救等。83524

Abstract This paper uses the casting ti as the design object:using CAD, Pro / E software mapping tool to draw out,design more reasonable sand casting process according to the casting material,structural characteristics and size finally。
The main contents of this paper are as follows:Use Pro/E drawing tools to draw the final three-dimensional map of ti product。Analyze the structure of this part,to made the hole, groove,and so on which can not be cast out of in the follow-up machining。Use Pro/E drawing tools again to draw the structure of ti product in the sand casting。According to the material ZG310-570 that used in the casting,select the applicable Water glass sand to complete the shape and make the core up。Design the sand casting process which fits the casting。Include the pouring position and the choice of parting surface,determine the various process parameters and sand core,also made over the design calculation of gating system,riser,cold iron and vent。Using Pro/E mapping tool to draw out the relative position relationship of they and the casting,as well as to complete the selection and design of the casting process equipment which includes the sang box,the template and the core box;Design out the sand shakeout and post process includung the orthopedic, saving and so on which fit the casting。
