摘要我国农业经济发展迅速，农产品的销售逐渐趋于直接与超市对接，减少了中间环节，降低了采购成本，但是零售企业必然会面临新的风险。本次研究首先阐明了“农超对接”模式和采购流程，以及该模式下，农产品流通优势。其次，分析了“农超对接”模式下零售企业采购所面临的风险，包括供应、质量、价格、政策、信用风险这五个部分，并从政府和企业两个角度提出了防范对策。最后，以无锡惠山区如海超市为例，在调查和访谈的基础上，分析其采购现状及采取“农超对接”模式面临的采购风险，并从供应链信息平台建设、销售渠道多样化、采购流程系统化等角度提出了风险防范对策。87082

Research on procurement Risk management of retailers based on agriculture & supermarket docking

Abstract With the rapid development of domestic agricultural economy,sales of agricultural products tend to directly linked to the supermarkets,reducing intermediate links as well as the procurement costs。However, retailers are bound to face new risks。 This paper will illustrates the "agricultural & supermarket docking" model and procurement processes firstly,and on top of that, the advantages of the circulation of agricultural products under the model。 Then state the risks that the retailers are facing, including supply, quality, price, policy, credit risks ,so as to postpone countermeasures both for the government and enterprises。 Finally, we will take Ruhai supermarket in Wuxi Huishan district as an example, analysis the present situation of procurement process and risks under this model on the base of the statistics attained through surveys and interviews。In addition,countermeasures against risks would be put forward from the angles of the construction of the supply chain information platform,persification of sales channels and systemization of the purchasing process。
