摘要库存在传统思想中总是作为资产存在，但是这项资产在通常情况下不会为企业带来经济效益，反而会影响企业资金的周转速度、加重企业的负担。因此，在企业面临的外部环境越来越恶化的情况下，加强内部存货管理越来越重要。本文主要介绍了“零存货”管理的定义、起源——JIT、优缺点、实现条件以及实现方式。在以往的研究中，作者主要介绍了“零存货”管理模式对于汽车制造业的重要意义，而本文主要强调“零存货”对服装制造业的重要作用，结合ZARA的成功案例，对我国服装制造企业实行“零存货”管理模式提出建议。87311

Research on zero inventory management of enterprises
Abstract Inventory always appears in the form of assets traditionally。 However, the assets actually could not bring any economic benefits for the enterprise。 Conversely, it is of a little harm to the turnover rate of the enterprise funds and therefore increases the burden on business。 It seems strengthening internal inventory management has become more and more important as the situation of the company is worsening and worsening。 This paper focuses on the introduction of “zero inventory” in terms of definition, origin-JIT, advantages and disadvantages, requirements and methods。 In previous studies, the author introduces that “zero inventory” management model is important for the automotive industry, but this paper emphasized the important role of "zero inventory" for the clothing manufacturing industry, combining with ZARA successful cases , making suggestions on the application of zero inventory management model in Chinese clothing manufacturing industry。
