中小型企业中成本管理问题的研究以雷柏公司为例

摘要：随着我国市场经济的不断发展和完善，经济全球化竞争逐步加剧的情况下，产品的悬殊化水平逐步下降，企业要在市场激烈的竞争中争取发展下来的机会，只有逐步加强管理。而企业管理中至观重要的是成本管理，“利润=收入—成本”，在小的收入情况下逐步实现利润最大化，只有降低成本，降低成本就是增加利润。成本管理就是研究如何从各个方面降低成本的一项管理措施，现代成本管理为我国中小型企业提供了新的发展方向。本文通过案例分析的方法探讨中小型企业中传统成本管理出现的一些问题，然后提出相应的解决措施，可以让中小型企业了解现代成本管理的重要性，深化中小型企业的成本认知能力，采用先进科学的成本管理方法来替代旧的成本管理理念。85915

Abstract: Along with our country market economy unceasing development and perfection, competition gradually deepening of economic globalization, under the condition of product of different levels decline gradually, the enterprise in the fierce market competition to strive for the opportunity of development down, only to strengthen management step by step。And to view it is important to cost management in enterprise management, "profit = income - cost", in the case of small income gradually realize the profit maximization, only reduce cost, reduce costs is to increase profits。Cost management is to study how to reduce the cost from all aspects of a management measures, the modern cost management provides a new direction for the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country。This paper, by means of case analysis, discusses some problems in the traditional cost management in small and medium-sized enterprises, and then put forward the corresponding solution measures, can for small and medium enterprises to understand the importance of modern cost management, deepen the cost of small and medium-sized enterprise cognitive ability, the use of advanced scientific cost management method to replace the old cost management concept。
