摘 要：股利分配是企业财务筹划的重要内容之一，受到各个行业企业的重视。企业作为经济组织，生产经营活动的目的就是盈利。除了盈利之外，盈余的分配方式、以盈余占总资产的比例都会影响企业未来的发展，股利的分配，常见的有现金股利和股票股利。现金股利的发放直接反映公司账面盈余，所以对企业股利分配政策研究十分有必要。本文基于我国上海证券交易所上市公司A股股利分配的政策进行研究。经过大量数据对比分析，研究的结果表明，企业股利分配政策受到企业发展规模，国家政策，投资者诉求等多方面的影响。恰当的股利政策能够吸引广大的投资者进行投资，所以恰当的股利分配政策对企业发展十分必要。92873

1引言

我国证券市场还处于摸着石头过河的阶段，遇到一些实际问题，缺乏经验。我国在市场监管、政策法规等一些方面还存在问题，需要解决完善。今年我国分配现金股利的上市公司数量逐年增多。但是每股平均现金股利收益仍然较低。近年来我国上市公司现金股利政策连续性和稳定性都较差。股利分配政策是公司财务活动的重要内容，恰当的股利分派政策可以达到资金的充分利用和企业未来可持续发展两者协调发展的目的。通过对我国近年来上市公司股利分配的现状分析可以发现影响企业股利分配政策受到企业发展规模，国家政策，投资者诉求等多方面的影响。虽然我国上司公司股利分配政策还存在诸多问题，但是公司可以根据自身发展阶段以及社会因素，选择合适的股利分配政策。 上市公司现金股政策研究:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_200615.html
