万福生科财务造假案例研究

摘要：随着我国资本市场的迅速发展，上市公司频繁爆出的恶性财务造假事件，给资本市场带来了严重损失。因此，对上市公司财务造假的案例分析，寻找财务造假的手段及其表现形式，探究导致财务造假的深层次原因，并提出对于治理财务造假的建议，进而从根源上保证上市公司财务报告的真实性。本文以“万福生科”财务造假案例为研究对象，剖析了其财务造假的具体过程，分析了该企业财务造假的手段, 对万福生科财务造假案进行深层次原因分析。最后，针对以上的原因，本文提出了有针对性的财务造假防范的建议和对策，希望通过此案例预防公司财务造假事件的再次发生。93441

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's capital market, listed companies frequently happened the vicious financial fraud, which caused a severe impact on the investors。 So, this paper analyzes the financial fraud of listed companies,finds the methods of financial fraud and its pattern of manifestations, explores the deep reasons of financial fraud and gives suggestions for the management of financial fraud, and then ensure the authenticity of the financial report of listed companies ultimately。 In the paper, it aims to study wanfu shengke financial fraud case, focuses on the specific process of financial fraud and analyzes the company how to financial fraud。 Then, it analyzes the deep reasons of wanfu shengke financial fraud case。 Finally, in view of the above reasons, the paper put forward the recommendations and countermeasures of financial fraud prevention, hoping to prevent the recurrence of financial fraud case。
