摘 要：存货是资产中最为重要的一部分，存货管理不仅对公司的资金占用水平以及资产的运作有关，还会影响公司的利益，因此，公司对存货的管理十分重要。本文首先在结合上市公司存货特点的基础上描述了雅戈尔公司在存货管理的现状，其次采用与存货管理相关的理论知识，数据分析的方法从公司的内部控制制度、市场环境、行业竞争力、供应链方面来进一步分析雅戈尔公司在存货管理上出现的问题，最后针对上述的问题逐一给出雅戈尔公司如何对存货进行管理的措施。67422

Abstract: Inventory is the most important part of the assets, the inventory management is not only related to the company’s capital takes up level, and the operation of the assets, but also affects the interests of the company. Therefore, the company believes that the inventory management is extremely important. In this paper, first of all, on the basis of combining with the characteristics of the listed company stock describes the present situation in inventory management of the Youngor company. On the second hand, using the theory knowledge which is connected with the inventory management and the method of data analysis from the company’s internal control system, market environment, industrial competitiveness and supply chain to further analyze the problems what exist in inventory management in Youngor company. Finally, on the above-mentioned problems, one by one giving Youngor company the measures how to manage the inventory.

1  引言
