摘要：本量利分析适用于公司的管理目标，对公司具有重要的意义。它将成本、业务量还有利润利用对应的办法创建出数学模型，再依据该模型将三者间具有的关系给予研究，找到其中具有的规律，公司依据找到的规律去开展内部管理。81821
本文首先对本量利分析给予一定的描述，其次对保本与保利给予全面的介绍，之后在将有关因子的变化对相关指标造成的影响给予全面阐述。然后使用本量利分析方法的基本原理为依据，通过对琉璃玩具厂财务数据的收集，对琉璃玩具厂的实例分析提供现实性参考；阐述了本量利分析在经营决策中的应用，并且笔者提出了一些针对该问题的治理对策。

Cost volume profit analysis in the application of the enterprise
Abstract: Cost volume profit analysis used in the enterprise management by objectives, which to the enterprise has a important significance。 It used the corresponding methods to establish the corresponding mathematical model relevant to cost, volume and profit。 And it conducted an analysis Between the three on the basic of mathematical model which can search regularities for internal management。
Firstly this paper analysis some overviews on Cost volume profit analysis , secondly on capital preservation and poly is introduced in detail, and then this paper described the relevant factors of the influence of the changes of relevant indexs。this paper based on the basic principle of CVP analysis,though the glass toy factory financial data collection, to provide practical reference for factory。Finally, it expounds the application of the analysis in the business deci sion,the author puts forward some methods against the problem。
