ANSYS拖曳锚链涡激振动理论分析

摘要拖曳线列阵声呐在船舶方面应用非常广泛,可以利用它进行反潜作战、海洋水文和资源的勘探,拖曳线列阵声呐有许多的优点,它拖在水中工作,不会受船自身噪声的影响,拥有线列基阵能够很好地接收信号。但是拖曳锚链在水下工作时,水流经过锚链时会产生分离进而会产生涡激振动,振动产生的噪声会干扰拖曳阵列声纳接收信号的下降,所以要研究拖曳锚链涡激振动的原理,涡激振动的产生条件,分析结果使拖曳锚链能够尽量避免涡激振动发生,使拖曳阵列声纳达到接收信号的最佳状态。87031

首先,了解涡激振动的产生原理和条件,再利用ANSYS软件对拖曳锚链建立模型,计算出锚链的固有频率,仿真分析在四种流速情况下泻涡频率和响应频率的大小,分析频率曲线图得知在一定频率范围内极有可能会产生涡激振动。

Abstract Towed line array sonar is very widely used in ships,we can use it for anti-submarine warfare,marine hydrology and resource survey。And towed line array has a lot of advantages,it works under the water which will not affected by ship noise itself。And it has aligned array can receive signal well。But when it works,towed line array will produce vortex-induced vibration。The noise which vortex-induced vibration makes will influence the performance of towed system and lead to variation。So we are going to study vortex-induced vibration to eliminate noise to improve the performance of the towed system ,let the drag chain to try to avoid to produce the vortex-induced vibration。

First ,we should understand the principle and condition of vortex-induced vibration,and use the ANSYS software to set up a model of the drag chain。And then we should calculate the natural frequency of the drag chain,and when in the four speed of water ,calculating the leakage vortex frequency and response frequency。Analyze the frequency chart we can find that at a certain frequency range will likely produce the vortex-induced vibration。
