摘要在当今工业高度发达的社会中,噪声和振动变得越来越多样化、频繁化。过多的噪声和振动不仅会影响机械设备的正常工作,更会对人的身心健康带来危害。随着海运事业和船舶装备的迅速发展,船舶各个方面的性能不断提高,相应的对船舶动力装置的振动和噪声控制也有了新的要求。87030
本文以中小型集装箱船舶的柴油机为研究对象,对其进行综合机舱主机隔振设计。在设计过程中,首先对隔振系统的基座进行结构设计,兼顾稳定性和轻型化,并避开主机的高阶谐频,然后对隔振器的布置方案进行了设计,并对设计模型进行动力学分析(包括模态分析和谐响应分析),得到不同方案下的隔振系统的固有特性和隔振效果,从中选出最合适的一组方案 。最后,探讨了系统主要参数对隔振系统隔振效果的影响,具有明确的工程应用背景和实用价值。

Abstract In the society with highly developed industrial, noise and vibration is becoming more and more persification, frequent。 Too much noise and vibration will not only affect the normal work of the mechanical equipment, but also harm to people's physical and mental health。 With the rapid development of shipping business and ship equipment, all aspects of performance of the ship is improving。 The corresponding vibration and noise control of ship power plant also has a new request。
In this paper, medium and small container ship diesel engine as the research object, its comprehensive host isolation cabin design。 Taking into account the stability and lightweight, and avoid high order frequency response of host, first base isolation system is designed。 Then vibration isolator layout scheme was designed, and the design model dynamic analysis(including modal analysis and frequency response analysis) to obtain the inherent characteristics and isolation effect of different plans isolation system, to choose the most appropriate set of programs。 Finally, the influence of the main parameters of the system isolation system is explored。 The paper has a clear engineering background and practical value。
