ADAMS直列6缸柴油机虚拟样机的建立及动力学仿真

摘要在传统的柴油机生产设计时,主要是采用先在理论基础上进行设计,得出物理样机来实验,发现瑕疵再对产品的设计做出修改。这种反复设计,修改的方式耗时长,效率低。需要一种新的技术改变这种传统设计,虚拟样机技术的出现在优化柴油机设计,提高设计效率方面做出一步大的跨越。87032 于是我们基于多刚体系统动力学基础理论,选取直列6缸柴油机为研究对象,采用三维建模软件Pro/E与仿真软件Adams相互结合的方式,开展了有关“柴油机虚拟样机的建立和仿真”的研究。 首先是搜集资料,阅读有关柴油机结构及工作原理书籍。学习柴油机构成、工作原理及其简化模型。其次基于Pro/E的三维建模理论,柴油机主要固定件部分三维实体模型的建立,包括:曲轴组件、活塞组件、连杆组件、机体、气缸套、主轴承盖和主轴瓦,并且利用Pro/E的虚拟装配模块,将所有零部件组装成了该型柴油机的三维实体装配模型。最后基于Pro/E建模和Adams仿真软件相结合的方法,将柴油机三维实体装配模型添加约束,载荷完成多刚体系统动力学仿真模型,并对该模型进行了运动学与动力学仿真采集所要研究数据。 通过以上的研究工作,我们得出如下结论:基于虚拟样机技术,成功完成了对直列6缸柴油机曲柄连杆机构的多刚体运动学,动力学的仿真分析,采集了柴油机运动学特性如:活塞的位移,速度,加速度以及动力学特性,如:活塞侧推力,活塞销合力以及倾覆力矩。进行仿真数据与理论数据的对比,验证了虚拟样机试验的可行性。 毕业论文关键词:虚拟样机仿真;柴油机;多刚体系统建立 Abstract Summary of diesel engine production in traditional designs, are mainly based on the theory of design, come to the physical prototype to experiment, discovery of defective product design changes。 This iterative design, modify lengthy and inefficient。 Need a new technology has changed the traditional design, virtual prototyping technology in optimizing design of diesel engine, improved efficiency has made a large leap。 So we based on multi-body system dynamics theory and selecting in-line 6-cylinder diesel engine for the study, three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E combined with simulation software Adams way, carried out on "establishment and simulation of virtual prototype of diesel engine" research。 First, collect data, reading the diesel machine structure and working principle of books。 Learning diesel composition, working principle and its simplified model。 Secondly based on Pro / E 3D modeling theory, the establishment of 3D entity model of diesel engine main fixed part, including: component of crankshaft, piston, connecting rod assembly, cylinder block, cylinder sleeve, main bearing cap and bearing, and the use of Pro / E of virtual assembly module, all the parts assembled into the diesel engine of three-dimensional solid assembly model。 Finally method based on combination of Pro / E modeling and ADAMS simulation software, diesel three-dimensional solid assembly model added about In this model, the dynamic simulation model of multi rigid body system is completed, and the dynamic and dynamic simulation of the model is carried out to study the data。 Through the above research work, we draw the following conclusions: Based on virtual prototyping technology, the successful completion of the of inline six cylinder diesel engine crank connecting rod mechanism of the multi rigid body kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis, collected the kinematics characteristics of diesel engine such as piston displacement, speed, acceleration and dynamic characteristics, such as: side thrust piston, piston pin force and overturning moment。 Comparing the simulation data with the theoretical data to verify the feasibility of virtual prototype test。 (责任编辑:qin) |
