摘要:本论文针对车床切削的运动特点、车床切削的环境以及车削过程的温度测量技术的研究现状,在收集了多种现代测温技术的资料,研究了各类测温方法和数据处理方法的基础上,经过对比各种测温方案的特点后,采用了红外线测温方法。利用三文有限元数值分析法并结合了当代的技术资料分别对工件与刀具温度场进行模拟分析,并最终确定了测量刀具温度的可行性与必要性,进而选取符合测量要求的红外设备,并通过夹具设计、计算机调试与数据处理模拟试验,最终完成了一套适用于普通车床的测温系统。该系统主要用来测量在特定切削条件下的车刀实时切削温度,本设计能为车刀刀片的磨损原因提供温度数据和理论依据。本文主要的开发过程包括车削温度场研究、红外探头夹具设计与无线传感器数据输出。23437 毕业论文关键词:温度测量;红外;车床。 Abstract: In this dissertation, the basis for the motion characteristics of cutting lathe, lathe cutting environmental research status and temperature measurement techniques for turning process of collecting a variety of modern thermometry technology information, research a variety of temperature measurement and data processing methods on after comparing various features temperature measurement programs, the use of infrared temperature measurement methods. Using threedimensional finite element analysis method combined with the technical data of the workpiece and tool temperature field simulation analysis, and ultimately determine the feasibility and necessity of measuring the temperature of the tool, and then select an infrared device to measure compliance with the requirements and design through the fixture, computer simulation debugging and data processing, the final completion of a set of suitable measurement system lathe. The system is mainly used to measure the specific cutting conditions lathe cutting temperature in real time, this design can provide temperature data and the theoretical basis for the cause of turning the blade wear.
