重型战术车辆油气悬架液压系统设计

摘要本文主要针对重型战术车辆的实际情况,对它的油气悬架系统进行设计,实现对车身高度的调节,对悬架刚弹性的转化,并且要使得悬架的调节时间在不大于30秒。车辆在行驶时需要车身保持良好的平顺性,此时悬架应呈现弹性,而当车辆停止并且需要上装时,整个车身需要具有稳定性,此时悬架应呈现刚性,所以需要设计悬架的刚弹性转化功能。另一方面,重型战术车辆行驶时,对车身的高度有不同的要求,这需要设计车辆的高度调节功能。在设计过程中,运用了机械和液压方面的基础知识来对整个液压系统进行设计,然后绘制出它的二文图。并且在选型方面运用了材料力学方面的相关知识对零件进行设计。最终完成了油气弹簧,蓄能器,液压阀门的尺寸设计以及整个系统的总体设计。25735 关键词 :油气弹簧,高度调节,刚弹性转化 毕业论文设计说明书外文摘要 Title Design of hydraulic system for heavy duty tactical vehicle hydro pneumatic suspension Abstract This paper mainly aiming at the actual situation of heavy tactical vehicle, the hydro pneumatic suspension system design, to realize the adjustment of the height of the body, the transformation of suspension of the elastic stiffness, and the suspension of regulation time in less than 30 seconds. Vehicles in driving requires the body to maintain a good ride. At this time, the suspension should show flexibility, and when the vehicle is stopped and the need to launch a missile, the whole body need stability.
