摘 要船舶生产设计作为现行三大船舶设计阶段之一,其设计生产内容直接面向造船生 产部门,是“虚拟造船”与船舶建造联系的重要纽带。一个优秀的生产设计,能将现 场施工可能遇到的问题事先在设计阶段解决,减少不必要的返工现象,大大地缩短船 舶建造周期,节省生产建造成本。95184

本设计是在学习了船体制图、船体结构以及造船生产设计等专业课程之后,结合 毕业设计提供的图纸资料(详细设计的图纸资料),根据承造厂生产条件以及生产设 计的基本理论来编制施工要领和绘制有关工程作业图纸。借助 CAD 制图软件,完成相 关图纸作业内容。一方面锻炼我们对软件操作能力,切身体会生产设计制图作业流程, 另一方面也能借此机会进一步地了解造船生产设计,为日后工作学习积累一些工程经 验。

本文概述了 58000DWT 散货船主要结构特征,简要分析了本船的建造方案。并且 以货舱区域 409P 分段为例,结合产品特点和承造厂生产条件,编制本分段的建造方 案、施工要领、涂装要领以及吊运翻身方案。主要内容包括绘制分段结构图、拼板图、 吊马图以及制作分段零件表。

Abstract Ship production design as one of the current three major ship design stage, its design and production content directly facing the shipbuilding production sector,  which  is an important link between "virtual shipbuilding" and shipbuilding。 A good production design, the site construction problems that can be encountered in the design stage to solve, reduce the unnecessary rework phenomenon, greatly shorten the ship construction cycle, saving production and construction costs。

The design is in the study of the ship charting, hull structure and shipbuilding production design and other professional courses, combined with graduation design to provide the drawings (detailed design drawings), according to the production conditions  and production design of the basic theory Compile the construction essentials and draw the relevant engineering work drawings。 With CAD drawing software, complete the relevant drawings。 On the one hand to exercise our ability to operate the software, personal experience production design drawing process, on the other hand can take this opportunity to further understand the shipbuilding design, for the future work and study to accumulate some engineering experience。

This paper summarizes the main structural characteristics of 58000DWT bulk  carrier, and briefly analyzes the construction plan of the ship。 And the cargo area 409P segment as an example, combined with product characteristics and production conditions of the factory, the preparation of the sub-section of the construction program, construction methods, painting essentials and lifting somersault program。 The main contents include drawing sub-structure, puzzle, pantograph and production of sub-parts table。
