摘要:在玻镁平板的生产过程中,存放在立体板架上的玻镁平板都是与模板连在一起的,需要设计一种机器,将玻镁平板与模板分离,使模板重新回收利用。本设计——玻镁平板卸板机器就是将滚压成型,烘干后的玻镁平板翻转180°,并且将其与模板分离的机器。 本论文的主要研究内容为根据玻镁平板的参数,进行玻镁平板卸板机器方案设计,通过多种方案比较,选择综合性能较优的方案,并且借助三维和二维设计软件,进行玻镁平板卸板机器的结构设计。本论文设计的玻镁平板卸板机器能代替人工操作,实现全自动,具有减轻工作人员劳动强度,节约加工的时间,提高生产效率,降低生产成本的特点。此玻镁平板卸板机器主要包括出板装置、翻转装置和传输装置。结构简单,可靠,适合于中小型企业。 关键词:玻镁平板;卸板机器;出板;翻转;传输; Abstract:In the production process of glass magnesium plate, the glass magnesium plate stored on the solid plate rack is connected with the template, and it is necessary to design a machine to separate the glass magnesium plate from the template, so that the template can be recycled.The magnesium plate discharging machine is a machine which can roll and shape the magnesium plate after drying and turn it 180 degrees and separate it from the template. The main research of this paper is to design the glass magnesium plate unloading machine according to the parameters of the glass magnesium plate, and select the best comprehensive performance through a variety of schemes. With the aid of three-dimensional and two-dimensional design software, the structure design of glass magnesium plate unloading machine is carried out. The magnesium plate discharging machine designed in this paper can replace manual operation and realize automatic operation. It can reduce the labor intensity, save the processing time, improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost. The magnesium plate discharging machine mainly comprises a plate releasing device, a turnover device and a transmission device. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and reliability, and is suitable for small and medium enterprises.
