大型中空吹塑成型机的三层型坯机头设计+Solidworks图纸

摘要:中空吹塑成型机主要用于生产中空塑料包装容器,在塑料包装方面,多层容器比单层容器具备更好的阻燃、耐高温、耐压等性能,更能满足当前化工、食品、化妆、医疗等行业对塑料包装的需求;而吹塑机头是中空吹塑成型机中最关键的部位之一,相比于单层型坯机头,多层型坯机头在结构设计时要考虑更多的因素,如整体结构形式、多层流道分布等。

本文以一种大型中空吹塑成型机的三层型坯机头为例,对其整体机械结构和三层流道结构设计展开了研究,主要内容包括利用Solidworks三维设计软件对吹塑机头的整体结构进行了建模、仿真,利用ANSYSWorkbench分析软件对机头压料油缸和型坯壁厚控制系统油缸的缸筒零件进行了有限元强度分析,验证了液压装置设计的可行性。最后基于三层型坯机头,建立了一个可用于后续吹塑技术研究的平台。

Abstract:Hollow blow molding machine is mainly used in the production of hollow  plastic packaging containers, in the plastic packaging, multi-layer containers  than  monolayer containers with better flame retardant, high temperature, pressure and other properties, better meet the current chemical, food, make-up , Medical and other industries on the demand for plastic packaging; and blow molding head is the hollow blow molding machine in one of the most critical parts, compared to single-layer parison head, multi-layer parison head in the structural design Consider more factors, such as the overall structure, multi-layer flow channel distribution.

In this paper, a three-layer parison head of a large-scale hollow blow molding machine is taken as an example to study its overall mechanical structure and three-layer flow channel structure design. The main contents include the use of Solidworks 3D design software, The whole structure is modeled and simulated. ANSYS Workbench analysis software is used to analyze the cylinder strength of the cylinder of cylinder head and the parison wall thickness control system, and the feasibility of the hydraulic device design is verified. Finally, based on the three-layer parison head, the establishment of a follow-up blow molding technology platform.
