摘要:端子又称连接器,是将两种或两种以上的物件连接到一块的媒介。众所周知,端子在今天的市场上用得也非常的广泛,而不同的端子载切机其设计出端子品质将相差很大。本次端子载切机设计以气动来实现其送料和载切。其设计合理、结构新颖 。27776 气动送料装置是以压缩空气为动力的装置。它具有动作灵敏可靠.送料步距可调,送料精度高,且在冲压工作区段条料可浮动等优点。 裁切采用气动装置则简化了复杂的传动系统 ,使之结构简单,紧凑,节省资金。 料带的孔间距都是有标准的,不同的料带可能孔间距不一样。导块设计成可调整的,使得两个拨料爪之间的距离刚好是料孔间距的整数倍。 毕业论文关键词:连接器;气动装置;载切;导块 Terminal cutting plane - feeding and cutting work station design Abstract: the terminal is also called the connector, is to two or more objects connected to a medium.
