摘要制造业直接体现了一个国家的生产力水平,是区别发展中国家和发达国家的 重要因素。工厂设施布局规划对整个企业生产系统运转的流畅程度有直接的影响, 而且物料搬运成本的影响是决定产品成本高低的重要因素。本文通过对某油箱焊 接车间的现场考核及工厂平面设计理论的现状分析,探讨工厂平面设计理论新的 发展方向以及油箱制造厂设备平面布置与物流分析的特点。
本论文的核心内容是SLP(系统布置规划),首先介绍了当前 SLP 的发展及现状, 从理论上以及实际应用上分析突破定性分析与个人经验相结合的传统设计方法, 代之以定量分析与系统布置规划的先进方法。文中的方案与措施不仅对本企业有 指导作用,而且对类似的企业均有一定的指导意义。5644 关键词 工艺程序分析 生产线平衡 系统布置设计 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 Title Workshop Layout Planning Analysis of an Enterprise Abstract The manufacturing industry directly reflects a country's level of productivity. It is an important factor to distinguish between developing and developed countries. Factory facilities layout planning has a direct impact on the level of the entire production system running, and the material handling cost is an important part of the product cost. In this paper, we explore the layout of the factory design theory to develop new directions and tank factory equipment and logistics features by means of the site assessment of a fuel tank welding shop and the status of factory design theory. The main content of this paper is SLP. First, the development and status quo of the current SLP has been introduced. And then through the early research on the factory workshop, data collection, analysis of data to analysis the management issues of the workshop and facilities, process analysis, and given a new workshop plan at last. This paper aims to explore the industrial enterprises of facilities planning and layout design theory and its implementation rules. The purpose is to break the traditional design theory based on qualitative analysis and to replace it with quantitative analysis. Programs and measures in this article not only is the guidance of the enterprise, and it has some guiding significance to similar enterprises.
