柴油机汽缸盖喷油孔加工组合机床设计

摘要组合机床是由通用部件及专用部件组成的,加工一种(或几种)零件的一道(或几道)工序的高效率转的专用机床,并且同时具有通用机床的适用性与专用机床的高效性,广泛的应用于机械加工中,具有更大的研究价值与市场前景。
本论文主要内容为ZS195型柴油机汽缸盖喷油孔加工组合机床的设计,包括设计与计算切削用量、机床配置形式、夹具方案、刀具等;绘制与编制以及三图一卡:零件工序图、加工示意图、机床联系尺寸、机床生产效率卡;最后进行多轴箱的设计以及多轴箱装配图的绘制与零件的校核。本次组合机床的设计能够满足加工精度要求,同时也提高了生产效率。5650

Title  Combination tool design of the diesel Engine cylinder head injection hole processing                                                
Abstract
Composed of common components and specially designed components ,
combination machine tool is high-efficiency special machine tool with processing one (or several) parts of one (or few) processes ,and at the same time ,has the applicability of general-purpose machine tool and the high efficiency of special machine tool ,widely used in machining with greater value and market prospects.
The design for the ZS195 diesel engine cylinder head injection hole processing combination machine tool is mentioned in this paper, including the design of cutting dosages, machine configuration form, fixture scheme tools, and the drawing and establishing of “three figure and a card” with parts process figure, processing schemes, machine tool contact size figure and machine tool production efficiency card included. The design of spindle box is also presented in this paper, and the assembly drawing of spindle box with the checking of parts .With this combination machine tool, the requirement of processing accuracy can be met, and at the same time, the production efficiency can be improved.
