摘要:本次课题任务是根据汽车灯座的结构特点及成型要求,先拟定注射成型工艺方案,并设计注射模具结构,解决塑件的分型和外侧表面侧孔的成型及侧抽机构,设计主要零件的结构和成型零件的加工工艺路线。对设计过程中的设计思路、方案的分析及必要的设计计算、校核进行说明书的撰写和演算公式和结论,最终完成毕业设计说明书的撰写。依据产品的数量和塑料的工艺性能确定塑件采用注射成形法生产。该产品设计对生产批量没有严格要求,故设计的模具主要还是要先考虑保证其成型质量和精度,浇注系统采用自动脱模,此外为保证塑件表面质量采用侧浇口,因此选用多分型面注射模,浇口自动脱模结构。模具的型腔采用一模两腔平衡布置,浇注系统采用侧浇口成形,推出形式为斜顶推出机构完成塑件的推出。由于塑件的工艺性能要求注塑模中有冷却系统,因此在模具设计中也进行了设计。本次的设计中不仅参考了大量纸质文献,而且在互联网上查阅资料,设计过程比较完整。6042 关键词: 注射模设计;侧向抽芯;斜顶;型芯;型腔 Inject mold Design of Automobile Lamp Abstract: The main topic is based on the characteristics of automobile lamp requirements, the development of injection molding process and design of injection mold structure, for solve classification and lateral surface of the plastic parts molding and side-pumped bodies of the side holes, design the main part of the structure and processing technology of formed parts of the course.
