摘要:自动涂胶工作台是为某产品粘贴海绵垫而设计的一台兼机电气测试控制等技术为一体的自动化设备。设备有涂胶装置、压实装置和移动装置等主要部件组成,涂胶装置通过气缸实现水平和垂直方向的移动,将点胶头移动到指定位置,对产品的工作面进行涂胶。压实装置是通过连接气缸的压头对海绵垫进行压实,移动装置由气缸驱动,导轨导向,是装有产品的运动部件,实现涂胶和压实两个工位位置的切换。装有产品的夹具在电机驱动下能转动,使产品在涂胶时,涂胶面的胶水均匀而致密,压实后海绵垫平整而牢固。大大提高了操作者在涂胶工作中的效率和质量,减少劳动强度。本文对主要部件进行了方案拟定,对主要零件进行了设计计算和选择,对设备的结构特点进行了分析和阐述。42080 毕业论文关键词:自动 涂胶 压实 移动 夹具 Language Learning Abstract:Automatic gluing work table is an automatic machine which has a sponge pad and a compatible machine electrical test control technology of integrated automation equipment. This machine is consists of a gluing device, compacting device and a mobile device. Gluing device through the cylinder to achieve movement of the horizontal vertical direction, the dispensing head moves to the specified location, on the working surface of the product to work. Compaction device through the connecting cylinder and the pressure head of sponge cushion compaction, mobile device is driven by a cylinder, guide rail is the moving parts of the products with glue and compaction to achieve two position switching. The fixture with the product are driving by driven machine. So, in gluing, making the surface of the uniform and dense, compacted cotton pad is smooth and firm. The operator can greatly improve the efficiency and quality in coating work, reduce the labor intensity. In this passage, the main components of the program is developed. And the main parts of the design calculation and selection are finished. The structural characteristics of the equipment are analyzed and described.
