UGNX+ABAQUS二元进气道出口堵盖开启结构设计

摘要本文以“流星”导弹的整体结构为基础,参考了拜仁化学的进气道出口堵盖设计专利对堵盖进行了结构设计。通过方案的提出和选择,选择了较优方案,并对方案进行了细化。经过方案草图绘制、几何计算、作动过程分析、运动机构设计、零部件设计等步骤,利用 UGNX绘制了进气道出口段及堵盖的三维模型并制作了堵盖开启过程的动画。为了校验堵盖强度,应用 ABAQUS 软件进行了有限元仿真分析得出了助推段堵盖所受的应力和形变。通过整个设计过程,基本完成了一种可行的机械式堵盖结构设计。 42425 毕业论文关键词 进气道出口堵盖 结构设计 Title The Structural Design of the Opening Structure For the exit of Two Dimensional Inlet Abstract This paper based on the overall structure of the "meteor" air-to-air missile and the patent design by Bayern Chemie about the opening structure for the exit of inlet. With the entire designing process, completed a feasible mechanical cover structure design.
