摘要本文提供了(锂)电池包(也称为ESS,或能量存储系统)在电池单元、电池模块、电池组、电池箱体及其部件的机械结构设计的优化细节。 在电池单元按3*8的并联形成电池单元,6个电池单元串联形成电池模块,4个电池模块串联形成电池组,电池组和零部件组合成电池箱的基础上,对其机械结构和散热系统进行优化设计。通过这些设计使其在安装上更佳简易方便、在散热效果上更佳和在安全方便上更加可靠。最后,在电池装配完成之后,将电池包与风扇、霍尔传感器、保险丝以及继电器相连。 当然,在电池包设计完成之后,要通过一系列的检测来保证电池包的安全性。从而来提高整个电动汽车的安全性能。46398 毕业论文关键词:锂离子动力电池;单体电池;电池单元;电池模块;电池组;优化设计;继电器;霍尔传感器 ABSTRACT This article provides (lithium) battery pack (also known as ESS, or energy storage system) in the battery cells, battery modules, battery pack, battery case and the details of the optimization of the components of the mechanical design.
