液压组合式起锚机电液控制系统设计+三维图

摘要船舶航行抵达港口后,为了装卸货物和上下乘客,一般都停靠在码头旁,并由系缆设备将其牢固地系牢在码头上。船舶在停泊时,常受到以下三个力的作用:作用在船体水下部分的水流力;作用在船体水上部分的风力;由于船体纵倾和横倾时产生的惯性力。为了使船舶能够安全可靠地停泊,保持停泊时的位置不变,就必须要有一套设备来平衡这些力。49446

    起锚机是船上重要的机械设备,对船舶安全锚泊和靠离码头乃至船舶避碰均有十分重要的作用。起锚机主要由基座、支架、锚链轮、刹车、链轮等组成。

本文的主要任务是液压起锚机的液压系统部分的设计。首先介绍了起锚机的工作特点,通过比较电动起锚机和液压组合式起锚机的动力装置,进行性能分析,了解到液压组合式起锚机的优越性,然后进行总体液压系统设计方案,再通过已给的参数要求进行液压系统的设计并选择合适的元器件。

Abstract The ship sailed after the arrival in port, for loading and unloading of cargo and up and down passengers, usually docked at the quayside by the mooring device is securely fastened on the pier. Berthing of the ship, often subject to the following three forces: the role of water in the hull underwater part of the force; role in the hull water part of the wind; the inertia force in the hull trim and heeling. In order to make the ship berthed safely and securely maintain the berthing of the same location, you must have a device to balance these forces.

The windlass is important shipboard machinery and equipment, and rely on from the pier as well as ship collision avoidance have an important role in the safety of the ship at anchor. The windlass mainly consists of the base, bracket, anchor chain wheel, brake, sprockets and other components.

    The main task of this paper is the design of the hydraulic system for hydraulic windlass. First introduce the anchor of the characteristics of the machine, comparing the power equipment of the electric machine and hydraulic combined-type anchor , then analysis their performance, understand the superiority of hydraulic combined windlass, then conduct the overall design for the hydraulic system.At last, through the given parameters for hydraulic system design to choose the right components.
