硬币储存箱互锁机构三维设计

摘要本次设计的内容为具有互锁机构的硬币存储箱。互锁机构保证存储箱内钱币的安全,即保证只有管理员才能接触到钱币。采用上箱盖—下箱体的箱体结构,并配合以抽板。箱体中两把锁被赋予多个功能。其中一把锁采用锁片结构控制抽板的活动,用凸轮与插销相结合的机构使存储箱能够锁定于其工作空间;另一把锁采用锁钩结构控制上箱盖下箱体的开合,拨杆、定位销、定位孔的结构保证抽板只能被抽出一次,并使用复位拨杆完成此计数的复位。熟练使用以ProE为主的CAD 软件,详细给出了零件以及结构的三文模型,并完成零件和结构的校验。最后,对硬币存储箱的使用以及安全性又作了进一步探讨,确保了此硬币存储箱即使用方便,又足够安全。  7764

Title    Design of Coin Box with Interlocked Structures
Abstract
The  design is  about  a coin box with mutual  interlocked structures.  
Structures are used to  guarantee  the safety of money in the coin box, which
means only administrator can touch the coins. The final design came out
that the  box is made up of the lower case and case cover, as well as a pulling
board. Two locks are given several different functions. One of the locks
has a lock card which can control the pulling board easily. It also has
a structure made up of cam and bolt, which can control locking between box
and work space. The other lock also has two functional parts. Key hooks
are used to control the opening and closing of the whole box. While
structure of driving pole, locking bolt and locking hole guarantees that
the pulling board can be pulled only once. This counting can be easily
resetted. During this process, skilled use of CAD softwares such as ProE
played an important part. The models of every element and structure are
given. There is also the checkout of these designed elements and
structures. What's more, discuss on the safety of this coin box is also
given, which guarantees the easy use as well as safe use of this coin box.

1. 引言
1.1背景
生活中投币设备随处可见,譬如投币游戏机、投币公交车、投币洗衣机、投
币咖啡机、地铁购票机等等。这些设备需要用户投入硬币,机器识别硬币后才能
为用户提供服务。硬币识别之后落入存储箱中。机器工作一段时间之后,存储箱
里的硬币就会塞满存储箱。因此,存储箱需要定期替换。而且,存储箱里钱的安
全性也是我们需要考虑的一个问题。
