卫星天线结构设计+文献综述

星载可展开结构是卫星结构的重要组成部分,是直接执行卫星功能的重要平台。随着空间技术的发展,大尺寸、轻重量、高精度、高收纳率的可展机构是目前空间结构的发展方向。本文主要针对一种新型的可展开天线——环肋可展开天线,对其背架环肋可展开结构的关节进行了具体设计研究。基于星载可展开结构设计的特点,本文首先对国内外各种可展开结构进行概述和分类,在分析总结的基础上,对环肋可展开天线结构的关节进行具体设计。关节是整个环肋可展开结构的关键,本论文分别对关节的连接传动方式、驱动方式等进行了相关的设计研究。本文为口径为3m的环肋可展开结构模型进行了具体设计,包括环关节、肋关节、环杆和肋杆等结构。最后对以上研究工作进行了总结,提出了存在的问题和下一步工作。8098

Space-borne deployable mechanism is an important part of the satellites
which is a substantial platform to carry out the satellites ’ function.
With the development of aerospace technology,The deployable truss in big
size,high accuracy, light-weight is the currency of space structures.In
this paper,the research object is the back frame of a new type of deployable
antenna — hoop-rib deployable structure.The details of the joints of
hoop-rib deployable structure are designed and studied.
At first,this thesis reviews the developing processes,study and
application, and development trend of space-borne deployable construction
features,and compared them in various manners.Based on this , t he details
of the joints of hoop-rib deployable structure are designed and studied.The
joints are the key to the hoop-rib deployable structure. In this paper,
the design details of joints are researched respectively, including
transmission mode, drive mode, positioning and locking mode.In this paper,
the loop- rib deployable structure model whose diameter is 3-meter
is thoroughly designed, including loop-joints, rib joints, etc..
At the end of this dissertation some conclusions were reached and the
problems that should be studied further were put forward.
