四通道回转窑燃烧器设计

摘要: 目前我国的水泥行业大部分以劣质煤作为主要燃料,这是由于我国的政策所要求的,也是我国燃煤资源的分布,以及运输能力各种综合因素影响的。从长期发展来看,优质煤和燃油所占燃料比重将会越来越少,而劣质煤将会更多的使用在各种窑窑的燃烧中。然而劣质煤存在着多种问题,例如着火困难,不稳定,效率低下等等。甚至有的劣质煤,带有一些腐蚀性和有害物质,对窑窑的受热面造成磨损和腐蚀,排放的烟气含有多种污染物。这些问题急需解决,而解决这些问题的方式就是对燃烧器进行开发和改进。四风道燃烧器利用同向协流大速差原理,改变了煤粉的喷出速度和角度,这让负压区在燃烧器中心形成,让煤粉与热的二次风能更好的混合,快速升温,能够更充分的利用煤粉,节省能源。63489

Abstract:  At present, China's power industry with the most inferior coal as the main fuel, this is due to China's policy requirements, distribution is coal resources in China, and the influence of various factors of the comprehensive transportation capacity. From the long-term development, high-quality coal and fuel oil for fuel proportion will be less and less, and inferior coal will be more used in various furnace combustion. Even some low-quality coal, with some corrosive and harmful substances caused by wear and corrosion of heating surface of the kiln, the flue gas contains many pollutants. These problems The solution is to develop and improve the burner.Four using the same speed duct burner to a co flow difference principle, change of pulverized coal jet velocity and angle, which makes the negative pressure region is formed in the center of the burner, let two the wind better mixed pulverized coal with the heat of rapid warming, can make full use of coal, energy saving.
