安防系统主机盒成型工艺及注射模设计+CAD图纸

摘要:安防系统主机盒属于配套件,采用ABS注塑成型,外观表面质量要求较高,外形不允许有明显的痕迹。课题着重解决模具结构设计合理,排气性要好,要求成型后达到精度要求,同时需要考虑成型过程中的变形,需要收集成型工艺参数以及相关资料,应用所学的知识解决生产中的塑料材料的成型方面的实际问题。 设计时应该完成塑料成型工艺设计和模具设计与制造工艺等内容:通过毕业设计的学习与实践,可以运用UG等三文进行简单的三文造型,了解模具工作零件的机械加工工艺性能,了解模具的加工流程及加工工艺,学会分析确定浇注系统和分型面,进行模流分析来确定最佳的浇注系统。本次设计需要完成一整套二文、三文模具零件图、总装图,完成说明书,最后通过毕业设计答辩。 关键词:机械设计;注塑模;安防电壳;斜顶8855 The host box molding process and injection mold design of security system Abstract: Security system of the host box belongs to fittings, using ABS injection molding, the appearance of the surface quality requirements, the shape is not allowed to have obvious signs. Subject to solve the die structure design is reasonable, the exhaust is better, after forming should meet precision requirement, also need to consider the deformation in the process of forming, need to collect molding process parameters and relevant materials, application of knowledge to solve practical problems in production of plastic material forming the problems. It should completes the plastic molding process and mould design and manufacturing process design: through the study and practice of graduation design, can use UG three-dimensional three-dimensional modeling simple, understanding the performance of mechanical processing of working parts of die, know the machining process and mold process, learn to analyze and determine the gating system and the parting surface the mold flow analysis, to determine the optimum gating system. This design need to complete a set of 2D, 3D mold parts diagram, assembly drawing, complete specifications, the graduation reply.
