摘要:工业炉在工业生产中具有举足轻重的作用。为完成熔炼、热加工、热处理、烧结、烧成、干燥等物理变化或化学变化的过程以及冶金、机电、化工行业都离不开工业炉窑。此次设计的是以天燃气为燃料的推钢式连续加热炉。目标产量为30t/h ,适合的钢坯尺寸最大为180×180×1800mm。主要设计过程包括燃料燃烧计算、炉子基本尺寸计算、钢坯加热时间的计算、热平衡计算、燃料消耗量的计算、空气预热器的设计以及空气、烟气管道和烟囱的设计等主要设计过程。该型连续式加热炉采用三段式炉温制度,加上以清洁、热效率高、易燃烧的天然气作为燃料,能够进一步提高炉子的热效率,这对于需要大量能源来对钢坯进行热处理的钢铁厂来说具有可观的实际意义。不仅如此在如今这个主要依靠传统化石能源作为能量供应的时代,我们更应该努力提高这些化石能源的利用效率,这样不仅节约了成本,保护了环境也对我们利用化石能源提出了高的要求。所以在设计这种以天然气为燃料的推钢式连续加热炉的时候,每一个细节都需要认真计算核对。在确保加热质量的同时,通过合理的分配炉内热量的分布情况,设计出最优的炉内水冷构件、砌体材料的种类和厚度以及烟气和空气管道都是非常有必要的,能够在一定程度上提高炉子的热效率。68752 毕业论文关键词:连续式加热炉;热效率;热平衡 Design of Natural Gas - fired Continuous Heating Furnace Abstract: Industrial furnaces have a pivotal role in industrial production.
