摘要:在炉膛中,直流煤粉燃烧器是重要的燃烧设备,因此对燃烧器的研究有重要意义。一般情况下,煤粉燃烧器是指能够让煤粉在短时间内充分燃烧,产生高温涡流的设备。直流煤粉燃烧器的出口是由一组圆形、矩形或多边形的喷口所组成。直流煤粉燃烧器大都采用四角布置切圆燃烧的方式。本次毕业设计的目的是为600MW电站锅炉设计直流煤粉燃烧器,计算出最终燃烧器的结构尺寸,燃烧效率以及燃烧器在炉膛内的分布方式。论文主要围绕燃料燃烧、炉膛尺寸、燃烧器三个方面展开计算和设计,具体包括燃料燃烧计算、炉膛尺寸计算、一次风量计算、燃烧器布置方式选择、燃烧器喷口面积和阻力损失计算。 最后得出主要设计结果有:炉膛横截面积341.21m2;炉膛主体高度21.05m2;燃烧器布置方式为四角切圆布置;采用分级配风的配风方式;单个燃烧器热功率为64598.78kW。在计算过程中参考了锅炉设计手册和燃烧器设计手册,并且使用了Auto CAD软件绘制图纸。71216 毕业论文关键词:炉膛;燃料燃烧;燃烧器;计算 Design of DC Pulverized Coal Burner for 600MW Utility Boiler Abstract: Pulverized coal burner, refers to the ability to make coal in a short time full combustion, resulting in high temperature eddy current equipment. First of all, through the industrial analysis of the coal to determine the actual coal calories, the basic parameters of the boiler, the amount of theoretical air and flue gas, and finally determine the furnace fuel consumption. Then, calculate the size of the furnace structure, first assume the furnace volume heat load and cross-section heat load, calculate the furnace volume and cross-sectional area and the furnace body height, and according to coal characteristics of the initial selection of pulverized coal burner type and layout, Select the appropriate milling system for coal and furnace volume. Finally, calculate the output of the burner to determine the air volume of the secondary air, on this basis, the final determination of the burner nozzle cross-sectional size and the resistance of the burner. Refer to the boiler design manual and the burner design manual during the design process and draw drawings using the Auto CAD software.
