外贸单兵火箭破甲弹引信设计

摘要为了给外贸单兵火箭破甲弹引信设计提供指导,分析了国外典型反坦克弹引信,并进行了归纳总结。为了提高引信安全性,设计了隔爆、冗余保险、自毁机构以及绝火装置。设计的双自由度弹簧惯性筒保险机构保证勤务处理时的安全。为了做好相关设计要求,了解分析国外机械触发引信的相关特性,并结合我国当前发展状况,而对引信各部分进行了设计,引信的隔爆机构采用垂直转子,保险机构采用后坐保险加上保险片。通过惯性发火机构实现自毁。已经做出了引信的设计图样,包括了总图、零件图、部件图和尺寸链计算图等。并且通过计算校核了该引信的可靠性,包括存储安全性、发射时候的可靠性及作用可靠性。通过尺寸链计算,保证引信各个零部件可以可靠合理装配。最后总体分析及计算表明该引信可以做到平时安全,作用可靠。引信的安全性符合《引信安全性设计准则》和《引信环境与性能试验方法》的相关要求。74276
