电动客车悬架系统设计

摘要近几年电动汽车正飞快的进步和发张,而电动客车在商用车这一领域中更是得到了很大的普及。目前,在街上我们可以看到很多电动公交。在普通汽车上,悬架系统是很特殊,很重要的一部分,它对于汽车的乘坐舒适性,操纵稳定性以及行驶安全性都有着特别重大的影响。在电动客车上同样如此,电动客车虽然没有内燃机,而是靠电机驱动,但是悬架还是和常规汽车基本相同,汽车悬架可以分为独立悬架和非独立悬架。现代汽车由于舒适性和操作性的需要,一般前悬架均采用独立悬架。此次设计的电动客车前悬架,则采用了麦弗逊式独立悬架,本次设计主要是对于悬架进行设计计算,并进行二维,三维建模,进行校核计算。使悬架满足电动客车的要求。主要对悬架的主要参数,极其主要零件进行设计。77717
