摘要无铆连接技术是一种新型的连接技术,它能解决传统连接技术所不能解决的问 题。通过试验的方法对无铆连接过程进行研究,往往会花费大量时间和费用,所以 本文采用有限元数值模拟的方法对无铆连接进行研究。80618 本文主要运用有限元软件 Deform-2D 模拟了无铆连接的成形过程,分析了成形 过程中板料的损伤值、应力和应变的分布状态,以及行程与载荷曲线的变化;还模 拟了不同工艺参数对无铆连接接头的影响。模拟结果表明,无铆连接过程中,最大 损伤值 、应力和应变主要出现在连接头的颈部处,所以颈部地方是最危险的地方, 容易发生断裂;模具几何参数对机械锁结构参数有很大的影响,当某一参数改变时, 颈厚值和嵌入值呈相反的变化趋势;随着板料间摩擦系数的增加,机械锁结构参数 颈厚值呈不断减小的趋势,而嵌入值呈不断增大的趋势;总板厚度不变,厚板料在 上时所形成的机械锁结构参数更优;材料硬度不同时,硬度高的材料在上时,能够 形成良好的接头;凸模行程大小对连接接头的影响很大。 根据以上模拟结果,可以为实际生产提供依据,大大减少了无铆连接的调试周 期和成本。 毕业论文关键词:无铆连接;板料;有限元;颈厚值;嵌入值 Abstract Clinching technology is a new technology for connection。 It can solve the problem that the traditional connection technology cannot solve。 It is expensive and time consuming to study the process of clinching by the test method。 So this paper uses the finite element numerical simulation method to study the clinching。 This paper simulates mainly the forming process of clinching and analyzes the distribution state of damage, stress and strain of sheet during the forming process and the change of stroke and load curve by using the finite element software Deform-2D。 It also simulates the effects of different parameters on clinching joints。 The simulation results show that the maximum damage value, stress and strain occurs mainly in the neck of the joint during the clinching process。 Thus the neck place is the most dangerous place and prone to fracture。 The geometrical parameters of clinching tools have great influence on the parameters of the mechanical interlock。 The thickness of the neck and the embedded value is the opposite with the change of a parameter。 With the increase of friction coefficient between sheet metals, the neck thickness of the parameters of the mechanical interlock has a tendency to decrease, while the undercut value is increasing。 When the thickness of the plate is constant and the thick sheet is on the top, the parameters of the mechanical interlock are better。 A good joint can be formed when the hardness of the material is different and the material with high hardness is on the top。 The punch stroke size has great influence on the connection joint。 According to the above simulation results, it can provide the basis for the actual production and greatly reduces the clinching debugging cycle and cost。 Keywords: clinching; sheet metal; FEM; neck thickness; undercut value 目录 第一章 绪论 1 1。1 课题背景 1 1。2 无铆连接工艺 2 1。2。1 无铆连接工艺成形过程 2 1。2。2 无铆连接工艺技术特点及应用 4 1。2。3 无铆连接接头形式 5 1。3 无铆连接接头 (责任编辑:qin) |
