ABAQUS不锈钢蛋形壳模具加工工艺设计+CAD图纸

摘要本文重点对不锈钢蛋形壳模具冲压工艺进行设计研究。首先,通过对一般冲压工艺的探索,根据不锈钢蛋形壳的实际加工难度,将各工艺方法进行对比分析,选择出适用于本文中不锈钢蛋形壳的加工工艺方法;接着,根据实际载人耐压仓的大小,对不锈钢蛋形壳进行比例模型设计,绘制出相应加工图纸;其次,对设计出的不锈钢蛋形壳进行相应的工艺过程分析,编写相应工序卡片,并入厂造出实际样品;随后,对实际加工出的不锈钢蛋形壳进行三维扫描,提取其三维轮廓,并与图纸进行误差分析,获取不锈钢蛋形壳加工精度;最后,使用有限元软件ABAQUS对不锈钢蛋形壳冲压过程进行仿真模拟,可以动态掌握其冲压过程中的应力与位移变化。研究表明不锈钢蛋形壳适合拉深模加工,加工稳定性好,精度高,且冲压过程中易出现破坏处与有限元模拟相吻合,研究成果可为后续蛋形壳的冲压制备提供指导。83136

Abstract The design method of forming technique was investigated on stainless steel egg-shaped shell in the paper。 Firstly, general forming techniques for most sheet metal was studied。 In order to find an approach suitable for stainless steel egg-shaped shell, different forming techniques ware compared based on their processing difficulty。 Then the scale model of stainless steel egg-shaped shell was designed according to the realistic pressure hull, and its drawings ware finished。 Next technical processing analysis of the designed model was conducted, whilist working procedure cards ware written and then the designed model was machined in the factory。 Then the scale model obtained from the factory was scaled by 3D scanner in order to get its profile, and the difference between profile obtained from 3D scanner and that given by drawing was carried out。 Finally, finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the stamping process of stainless steel egg-shaped shell, where the stress and displacement of the stamping process can be mastered dynamically。 Studies have shown that stainless steel egg shaped shell is suitable for drawing die processing, with good processing stability and high precision。 Also the form of stamping process prone to breakage obtained from realistic stainless steel egg-shaped shell is the same with that of finite element simulation。 The research may provide guidance for follow-up forming technique of egg-shaped shell。
