摘要传动轴系是船舶动力装置中的重要组成部分,承担着将主机发出的功率传递给螺旋桨,再将螺旋桨产生的轴向推力传递给船体实现传播航行的重要任务。传动轴系的结构简单却十分重要,轴系设计的合理是船舶安全航行的重要前提。轴系从主机输出端法兰到尾轴为止,包括中间轴和中间轴承,尾轴和尾轴承,弹性联轴器和减速齿轮箱。轴系受力十分复杂,受到包括扭应力、弯曲应力、安装误差引起的附加应力,轴系设计中必须考虑这些因素。大型低速柴油机一般采用直接传动推进装置。中低速柴油机采用齿轮箱减速传动。84222

本文根据《大学轮机动力机舱实验室建设方案》中的相关要求,设计轴系并进行强度校核。首先按照《钢质内河船入级与建造规范》进行各个轴段的直径和相关零件尺寸的计算,并根据各个轴段的尺寸选取轴承型号和法兰尺寸。相关计算完成后,并运用CAD画出轴系的布置图、艉轴图、中间轴图。运用Compass软件进行轴系校中,运用公式法进行回转振动的计算。

设计出的轴系满足相关规范要求,强度校核结果符合CCS对轴系校中和回旋振动的评定依据。

Abstract Transmission shafting is an important part of marine power plant and bears the task of conveying the power generated by main engine to propeller and then passing the propeller’s axial thrust to ship body。 It has a simple but very important structure。 A reasonable design of the transmission shaft is the precondition for safety sailing。 It starts from the output end flange of the main engine to the tail axial, including middle axial, middle bearing, tail axial and tail bearing, flexible coupler and reduction gear box。 It has a complex shafting stress, with the stress including torsional stress, bending stress and the additional stress caused by installation stress---the factors must be taken into consideration while designing a transmitting shaft。 Large low-speed diesel engine generally uses directly driving propelling plant, while middle and low-diesel engine uses gear box reducing transmission。

Based on the requirement in  University of  and  Turbine Power Machinery Laboratory Construction Proposal, the thesis aims to design a transmission shaft and conduct strength check。 First, the diameters of all the shaft segments and the dimensions of the related components are calculated based on Turbine Power Machinery and Construction Specification, and on the basis of the sizes of each shaft segment, the appropriate bearing and flanges are selected。 After the related calculation, CAD is used to produce the layout drawing, stern shaft drawing and intermediate shaft drawing。 In the end, Compass software is used for shaft alignment, and formula method is used for rotational vibration calculation。 

The shaft system designed meets the related specification, and the strength check conforms to CCS shaft alignment and rotational vibration assessment basis。
