摘要近些年来我国的经济快速发展，伴随着人们的人均收入水平越来越高，人们的生活质量得到了大幅度的提升。体育事业特别是网球运动的快速的发展，越来越多的人喜欢上了网球运动。业余网球教练不仅关系到网球产业的发展，同时也是网球爱好者的启蒙导师。一个好的业余网球教练员能让复杂、枯燥的网球基础训练变得轻松、愉快。现在的业余网球教练员的实际就业情况并不理想，教练员的发展并不乐观。影响更多人加入业余网球教练的因素有哪些，影响网球业余教练员的发展因素有哪些，值得我们研究本文。本文以天津市武清区的业余网球教练的现状为例，对其当前的发展状况进行研究，了解其现在的发展情况并指出当前存在的问题。本文通过对武清区的调查之后得出的结果如下:86931
（1）业余网球教练的男女比例不协调，男性业余网球教练的人数远远高于女性业余网球教练不利于网球教练的发展。
（2）业余网球教练应该积极的参加继续教育培训，提高自己的学历水平和文化水平，这有利于自己今后的发展。现今的社会在招聘方面较为看重业余网球教练的学历水平，高学历的业余网球教练在工作单位可以得到更多的发展机会和遇。
（3）从业余网球教练员的经验来看，武清区的业余网球教练的执教年龄大多集中在1-4年。
（4）武清区的业余网球教练员大多是青年教练，21-30岁的业余网球教练比例约为46。8%。
（5）武清区业余网球教练员应该重视自己对社会的贡献，不应该仅仅只重视自己的收入。业余网球教练员应该积极的参加公益体育事业、积极的组织网球业余比赛，为武清区网球的开展做出贡献。
