摘要： 本文通过文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法和分析法等方法，对淮安市区八家羽毛球俱乐部的会员、管理人员、教练员以及相关专家进行问卷调查和访谈，结果表明：（1）淮安市区羽毛球俱乐部地域分布偏中部，俱乐部羽毛球场地数量与学员人数不成正比。（2）淮安市区大部分羽毛球场馆有自己的停车场和洗浴设施，对外开放时间相对较少。（3）淮安市区羽毛球俱乐部的管理者的文化程度较高，但明显缺乏体育专业知识和管理知识。（4）淮安市区羽毛球俱乐部中专职教练员的人数较少，教练员队伍虽然大都有过体育教育经历，但是缺乏羽毛球运动的专业知识。（5）淮安市区羽毛球俱乐部内部组织比赛和外部参加比赛次数太少，不能满足会员们的需要。根据以上结果提出有针对性的建议，为促进淮安市羽毛球俱乐部的发展提供理论参考依据。92966
